Description
English: Retrograde flow of actin network in lamellipodia region of a Xenopus melanocyte cell, visualized by single actin molecule imaging. Beginning of the movie shows shows the overall fluorescence signals from the activated actin molecules. The red traces were the trajectories of individual molecules. The movie was sped up 80 times from real time.
