It is a [[papyrus]] [[Biblical manuscript|manuscript]] of the [[Book of Revelation]], it contains only Rev 1:4-7. It is written on the verso of a scroll of [[Book of Exodus|Exodus]].<ref name="Comfort">Philip W. Comfort and David P. Barrett. ''The Text of the Earliest New Testament Greek Manuscripts''. Wheaton, Illinois: Tyndale House Publishers Incorporated, 2001, p. 103. </ref> The text on recto contains end of Chapter 40 of Exodus, it is dated to the end of 2nd century.<ref name = Comfort/> The [[nomina sacra]] are written in an abbreviated way.

The manuscript [[Palaeography|paleographically]] had been assigned to the 3rd or 4th century.{{r|Aland}}

The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the [[Alexandrian text-type]].
